The University of Sydney engaged TSA to provide stakeholder analysis and political advice for its landholdings in the Aerotropolis precinct, and to design an engagement plan to support its infrastructure ambitions across Sydney.

Presented a coherent development vision for the University's land bank in South-West Sydney and around the Aerotropolis.
Researched and identified a priority stakeholder list aligned with its external engagement objectives, including data mining of alumni records.
Provided stakeholder analysis and recommendations on how best to engage that list, including a review of events and memberships.
Advised USyd on how best to secure the first completed University MOU with the NSW Government.
