Christopher Brown AM
CEO
CEO, Christopher Brown AM, has forged a career at the intersection of Australian politics, business and media as an analyst, strategist, activist and advisor.
Over many years he has advised Chairs, Boards and CEOs on crisis management, government regulation, media attention and major project bids. He has helped clients across the public and private sector to engage with key stakeholders that influence their commercial performance and community reputation.
For decades he has worked on many of this country’s most controversial property and infrastructure developments, advising clients on how best to manage their social license, access regulatory approvals, to influence media and public opinion and secure investment and operational partners. Some of these have included Sydney Airport’s third and Brisbane Airport’s second runways, a Papal Tour, Circular Quay redevelopment, Australia’s Bicentennial Tall Ships, WestConnex Motorway, Harbour cruise terminal, Sydney 2000 Olympic Bid, Tigers Leagues Club, Barangaroo, Powerhouse Museum and Speedrail.

He is a Commonwealth-appointed Director of the Bradfield Development Authority, the board overseeing the creation of Australia’s newest city at the Aerotropolis, and previously represented Anthony Albanese on the joint Federal/State Commission that chose the airport site. He also served on the Board of the Moorebank Intermodal Company, which developed the inland port in Liverpool, amid scores of government roles.
Christopher recently retired as Pro-Chancellor of Western Sydney University after eight years as a Trustee and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Letters in recognition of his contribution. Prior to this he was an Adjunct Professor at UTS Business School.
He sat on the boards of ANZ Stadium, Tourism Victoria, Moss Capital and LUCRF Superannuation, and chaired Cleanevent Australia and an AACo/RM Williams joint venture. For twenty years he led two of the nation’s most powerful industry lobby groups, Infrastructure Partnerships Australia and Tourism & Transport Forum, and previously chaired the Business Council at the Madrid-based UN World Tourism Organisation.
He was co-founder of the Bradfield Oration with NewsCorp, is Convenor of The Sydney Table think tank and podcast series, was a founding shareholder in the Greater Sydney Partnership and was Honorary Attache to Botswana at the Sydney 2000 Olympics.
Christopher chairs the Western Sydney Leadership Dialogue and the Campbelltown Health & Education Precinct initiative and sits on the Advisory Board of Indigenous charity, the Clontarf Foundation. He recently stood down as chair of the South West Sydney Local Health Advisory Board and Director of Southern Highlands Community Foundation.
He was awarded Australian Honours for services to industry and community in 2014.
Luke Turner
Executive Director
Leading the day-to-day operations of TSA, Luke brings a wealth of experience in
policy and advocacy campaigns, research and government relations.
With a strong background in transport and infrastructure policy, he has led a variety
of TSA client accounts spanning major project bids, tourism, technology, energy, community housing, property and local government, to name a few.
His CV includes past roles in peak bodies, government and the private sector at leading organisations such as the NRMA, TTF Australia and City of Sydney, and tertiary studies in public policy and communication.
Pragmatic, politically aware and with a passion for social justice, Luke brings a valued perspective to the task of solving problems and meeting objectives for TSA’s clients.
Faith Halliday
Special Advisor
Faith is a Special Advisor to TSA and the CEO of StratWest, a consultancy that helps clients understand, engage, and unlock the potential of the Greater Western Sydney market. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture and has lived and worked in Australia, North America, and Asia.
Faith is passionate about creating sustainable and connected cities, and most recently has been involved in executive stakeholder engagement, market entry/expansion strategies, and major infrastructure bid advisory projects for public, private, and not-for-profit organisations. She is Deputy Chair of the Parramatta Women's Shelter Board and Deputy Director to Project #95 at the Building 4.0 CRC for Modern Methods of Construction.
Brett Towers
Chief Commercial Officer
Brett Towers is a senior commercial and stakeholder engagement professional with more than 25 years' experience.
As CCO of TSA, Brett leads commercial strategy, and business development, while overseeing the successful delivery of projects that create meaningful economic,
social and organisational outcomes.
His collaborative approach, commercial acumen and extensive professional network have enabled him to deliver major events, executive engagement programs, strategic initiatives and advisory projects involving senior leaders from across Australia.
Prior to joining TSA, Brett held senior roles with Business Events Sydney, Tourism Australia, Luna Park Sydney and TTF Australia, and brings a hospitality sector expertise to TSA.
Jessica Commins
Director, Research
Jessica Commins is a seasoned property executive, with over twenty years of domestic and international experience advising retail property developers and retailers.
Before joining TSA, Jessica worked for Scentre Group/Westfield as National Manager, Strategic Research, reporting directly to the Group CEO, she supported operational strategies and development pipeline and established a global knowledge network in partnership with Westfield offices in USA & UK.
She has worked in property and retail businesses in both Europe and the USA, including global roles with TK Maxx and Tommy Hilfiger.
Jessica holds degrees in Economics & Law from the University of Queensland, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the prestigious Stephen M Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, (USA).
Brigitte Kelly
Administrative Assistant
Brigitte comes to TSA with significant experience in administration and executive office management.
Brigitte is skilled in management and operational discipline aspects of TSA and contributes to the quality relationships with our clients and stakeholders. She participates in business development and customer engagement activities and manages the administrative and logistical operations of the executive office.
With a collaborative approach and a passion for operational excellence, Brigitte is an integral member of the TSA team, supporting both the strategic and day-to-day needs of the business while contributing to its continued growth and success.
