The brief was to enable local community and key stakeholder support for the evolution of a Zen Energy BESS battery at Sydney Motorsport Park, and leverage that partnership to seek NSW Government lease extension for the Park tenants, adapting that sports precinct facility from just a racetrack to a renewable energy and innovation precinct.

Drafted and curated messaging to drive a positive narrative, prepared submissions to state regulatory bodies, and highlighted comparisons between SMSP and the UK's Silverstone Park.
Secured and facilitated private meetings for ZEN Chair with the NSW Premier, Energy Minister & Treasurer to mount the case for its battery and Pumped Hydro projects.
Analysed public policy settings, produced marketing materials to present the case and advised the client on Ministerial priorities, MP and cross-bench attitudes and curated a policy submission to, and appearance at, the Parliamentary inquiry.
Designed and hosted key stakeholder workshops to seek feedback and build third-party support, inclusions a meeting of the NSW Labor Western Sydney Caucus.
Utilised media contacts and networks to promote the benefits of extending SMSP's operating hours.
Quickly secured a multi-million-dollar infrastructure package from the NSW Government for SMSP lighting in the lead-up to the 2019 State Election.
